2. Description of Service

1 Dollar Passport Photo provides a web-based tool that helps users create passport and ID photos that comply with official government specifications. The Service includes:

• Automated background removal
• Photo cropping to official specifications
• Compliance validation checks
• Downloadable digital photos and printable sheets

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and use photos of yourself or individuals for whom you have authorization
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features
• Verify that your final photo meets all official requirements before submission to government agencies
• Not use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading identification documents

4. Payment and Pricing

The Service costs $1 USD per session. Payment grants you:

• Unlimited photo downloads for 1 hour from the time of purchase
• Access to all document types and countries supported by the Service
• Watermark-free photos

Prices are subject to change. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Government requirements may change, and acceptance decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities. Users are responsible for verifying that their photos meet all current requirements before submission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided photos), is owned by 1 Dollar Passport Photo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express permission.

You retain all rights to your photos. By using the Service, you grant us no rights to your photos, as they are processed entirely on your device and never transmitted to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Dollar Passport Photo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Costs incurred due to photo rejection by government agencies
• Delays in obtaining travel documents or identification
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($1 USD).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 Dollar Passport Photo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1 Dollar Passport Photo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
