How to Request a Refund
If your photo was rejected by a government agency (passport office, visa center, DMV, etc.), follow these steps:
- Gather proof of rejection - a screenshot, email, or official notice from the government agency stating the photo was rejected
- Contact us via our Contact Page with your payment confirmation and rejection proof
- Receive your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method
Expert Review Add-on
The Expert Review add-on ($4.99) includes a manual review of your photo by a human expert. Here's how refunds work for this add-on:
- Government rejects your photo after expert approval? Full refund of your entire purchase (photo + expert review). Our guarantee covers expert-reviewed photos.
- Expert rejects your photo? You'll receive a one-time coupon code to retake your photo at no cost. The code covers the photo fee — just go through the normal checkout and apply it. One free retake per expert review purchase.
By purchasing Expert Review, you agree to have your photo securely uploaded for review. Your photo is automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days.
