How to prepare
Sort these before your appointment and the photo passes first time.
- Wrong photo size — Must be 26×32mm (smaller than passport size)
- Non-white background — Background must be plain white
- Wrong head size — Head must measure 22-26mm from chin to crown
- Ears not visible — Both ears must be clearly visible
- Hair covering forehead — Forehead must be clearly visible
- Photo too old — Must be taken within the last 6 months
