What to expect at your appointment
CBP takes your Global Entry photo at the enrollment interview, so there is no photo to prepare or upload. Your online application asks for travel and residence history and the $120 fee; the photo and fingerprints are captured in person once you are conditionally approved, either at an Enrollment Center or through Enrollment on Arrival. What follows is the standard their camera works to, so you know what the officer is looking at.

How to prepare
Sort these before your appointment and the photo passes first time.
- Turning up without the right identification: Bring your valid passport plus one other form of identification, such as a driver's license or ID card. Lawful permanent residents must present a machine readable permanent resident card.
- A minor arriving without a parent or guardian: A parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of the interview.
- Assuming a family shares one application: Each person needs their own TTP account, their own application, and their own separately scheduled interview.
- Waiting on an Enrollment Center slot that will not come in time: If no appointment fits before your next trip, complete the interview through Enrollment on Arrival when you land in the US, or Enrollment on Departure at participating airports.
