How to prepare
Sort these before your appointment and the photo passes first time.
- Wearing glasses — Glasses are not allowed unless you have a signed doctor's statement for medical necessity, and even then they must not cause glare or hide your eyes
- Wrong background — Background must be plain white or light gray with no shadows, patterns, or objects visible behind you
- Incorrect head size — Head height from chin to crown must measure between 31mm and 36mm when printed at 35x45mm
- Photo too old — Must be taken within the last 6 months and reflect your current appearance
- Non-neutral expression — You must have a neutral facial expression with mouth closed and both eyes open
- Digital alterations — Any retouching, filters, or AI modifications to the photo will cause rejection
