How to prepare
Sort these before your appointment and the photo passes first time.
- Wearing glasses — Glasses are not allowed in Indonesian driving license photos for clear facial identification
- Wrong background color — Must use blue background, not white or other colors
- Face not centered — Face must be straight and centered, not tilted or taken as a selfie
- Hair covering face — Forehead, eyebrows, eyes, and lips must all be clearly visible
- Inappropriate clothing — Must wear polite, neat clothing with two shirt buttons visible; avoid white or blue shirts
- Wide smile or teeth showing — Expression must be neutral and relaxed, teeth should not be visible
