How to prepare
Sort these before your appointment and the photo passes first time.
- Wrong background — Background must be plain white with no patterns, shadows, or colored tints
- Face not clearly visible — Your full face must be visible and take up 70-80% of the photo frame
- Wearing glasses — Remove eyeglasses unless you have medical documentation requiring them
- Photo too old — Must be taken within the last 6 months showing your current appearance
- Digital alterations — Using filters, retouching, or editing software will cause rejection
- Wrong expression — Maintain a neutral expression with mouth closed and both eyes open
